You know that moment near the end of Toy Story where Woody and Buzz are in the moving truck, the world they knew is literally driving away, and neither of them is going back? Andy's room is gone. The whole system reorganized around them without asking. What they have is each other, and the knowledge that the other one knows what it was like before, and the completely unclear but somehow-okay sense that whatever comes next, they're not doing it alone.
That's the room we're building.
Not a support group. Not accountability in the performing-your-progress-for-someone sense. Moving Buddies is for people who are in an actual move — something cracked open, something reorganized, something that used to work stopped working, something new is trying to come in and the space isn't cleared yet…
