Two doors into the same living work. One wide open, one intimate. Both rooted in the Gene Keys — lived, not just studied.

What Joanne Ellis and I are doing together doesn't have a clean category yet. That's not a gap in our marketing. That's information about what it is.
We are both Gene Keys Guides — Joanne an Ambassador with deep roots in the community, me a poet and community builder whose incarnation cross is the Sleeping Phoenix, which is to say this work is not abstract to me. We met in the Gene Keys and discovered we shared the same conviction: wisdom that stays on the page doesn't change a life. And it certainly doesn't change a neighborhood.
Everything we offer together lives inside The Greening — a living network for building real community through conscious play, inner coherence, and the radical act of showing up for your actual neighbors. The Gene Keys are the inner spine of that work. What's below is where that spine meets your daily life, your chart, your town, and the people you are becoming alongside.
Richard Rudd points to 2027 as a threshold moment — the rising of the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, a mutation in human consciousness so fundamental it will change what community even means. Every Thursday, 6–8pm EDT — in person in Barnardsville, NC and on Zoom — a small group of people moves through all 64 Gene Keys in sequence. Not studying them. Living them.
The name says it: quiet the mechanism that keeps you in your head. Stop trying to think your way into awakening. Serve what's rising.
Each session weaves conscious play, meditation, movement, and Appreciative Inquiry into something that isn't a class, isn't a workshop, and isn't a meetup. It's closer to a weekly practice with people who are becoming real to each other over time. The kind of knowing that only happens when you show up consistently, in a body, with other bodies, week after week.
The premise is simple and a little radical: you cannot logic your way into awakening. The Gene Keys are a language of light. SUNS is what happens when you stop reading the map and start walking the territory.

THE PILGRIMAGE OF THE BELOVED
Six months. Ten people. Real work.
Everyone wants a village. Far fewer are willing to do the actual work of becoming someone a village can form around.
Sadhguru teaches that undevoted environments cannot fast-track genuine growth. He's right. This is a devoted environment — ten people, six months, running alongside the Sage's Golden Path Venus Sequence retreat from June through November 2026. Nobody gets lost in their own funhouse because the people beside them won't let that happen, and because the facilitators are tracking both the collective field and each person's individual map.
We are not far from 2027. The wave is coming. The question is not whether you feel it — it's whether you'll be rooted enough to ride it rather than be taken by it. This container is for people who want to check their fault lines now, while they have bandwidth, and build genuine resilience before the pressure peaks.
Each participant works the collective Venus arc and a personal inquiry track built from their own Gene Keys chart — targeting their specific shadow pattern or growth edge. Real curriculum, real depth, your actual map. You don't leave with insights. You leave with new capacity.
The three layers:
Beloved Community — Each Venus sphere held against the question: how does this live in my actual neighborhood, my real relationships, my emerging local circle?
Play-Based Relational Lab — Conscious play, Appreciative Inquiry, embodied practice. Not therapy. Not processing. Play as the fastest route through the material into genuine change.
Courtship with Life — Simple daily sensory practices tied to each month's Venus theme. The thing that carries the transmission between sessions and into your cells.
A note on money: holding a devoted environment costs real energy — facilitator energy, life energy, attention that could go elsewhere. Finances are a genuine part of that exchange. The sliding scale exists because capacity varies, not because the work varies. Pay what is real for you. What we ask is that the exchange feel genuine on both sides.
Investment: $111–$333/month for six months. Ten spots. This is the only round at this scale.
