Play Church

Play Church combines the need to play together as a way of maintaining connection with ourselves, each other and Spirit. Using the rising action of 5 Rhythms of dance we begin slow, in dance or meditation (you choose) and move into collaborative play, a guest talk on some emergent wisdom, and an energetic session practicing tools that help us nurture the invisible parts of our existence, emotions, patterns, dreams, etc. We end with a quick help circle to see who needs hands, love, food, help. A weaving of love.
